We have established a drug research and development team that spans the entire pharmaceutical development cycle, including medicinal chemistry, formulation, preclinical research, quality control, quality assurance, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs. The core management members each have an average of about 19 years of R&D and management experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Led by Dr. Xinshan Kang , a National High-Level Overseas Talent, the team brings together researchers primarily from prestigious universities in China and abroad,  with around  30% holding doctoral or master's degrees, covering a wide range of scientific disciplines.
