【Indications 】
Primary hypertension, Angina
[Usage and Dosage]
Primary Hypertension: Benidipine hydrochloride is usually taken orally once a day, with an initial dose of 2-4 mg after breakfast. The dose may be adjusted according to age and symptoms. If the effect is insufficient, the dose can be increased to 8 mg once a day. For patients with severe hypertension, the dose is usually 4-8 mg once a day, taken orally after breakfast.
Angina: For angina, the usual dosage for adults is 4 mg twice a day—once in the morning and once in the evening—taken orally after meals. The dose should be adjusted based on age and symptoms.
[Contraindications]
Patients with cardiogenic shock (may worsen symptoms).
