Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in vitro assay experiments, and assist in the screening and evaluation of innovative drug projects;
2. Responsible for in vitro pharmacological evaluation of small molecules, including but not limited to the development and validation of methods such as in vitro cell assays, interaction between kinases and small molecules, etc.;
3. Complete data collection and archiving, organize, analyze and conduct statistical processing of data generated during experiments, draw charts and graphs via professional software, and write standardized and clear experimental records in accordance with SOP;
4. Conduct literature research for projects to sort out relevant research background, focus on learning and discussion of in vitro screening protocols for related projects, assist in experimental design and take charge of the implementation of specific experimental schemes;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in molecular biology, pharmacology, cell biology and other related majors; candidates with working experience related to cell experiments and kinase research are preferred;
2. Familiar with preclinical in vitro efficacy evaluation methods for biopharmaceuticals, including but not limited to cell culture, enzymatic assay, ELISA, WB and other common technologies;
3. Proficient in operating common laboratory instruments and equipment, with sound data analysis capabilities, and able to use relevant software to process and interpret experimental data;
4. Conscientious, responsible, rigorous and detail-oriented, with good teamwork spirit and communication skills.
